Addressing the Injustice of Hispanic Profiling in America

This research highlights the systemic mistreatment and profiling of Hispanic individuals in the U.S., emphasizing their pursuit of the American dream for their families. Led by Abraham Patterson and supported by the National Council La Raza (NCLR), the study reveals alarming statistics from 2000, showing that 13% of the Hispanic population faced unreasonable incarceration. The NCLR's advocacy aims to identify these injustices and encourage necessary reforms by urging the White House to take action through a proposed survey on this critical issue.
