  2. Functional Skills ICT Functional Skills ICT is one of the most relevant qualifications you will do in this school. It lets your employer/college know that you are able to complete real life tasks based around ICT. If you do not have Functional Skills Level 2 next year, when you start your training course or college course, you will have to study for it and take the exam. You will be entered for the exam at the end of your ICT S4L rotation here a BHBS.

  5. Task • You are going to take an ICT test that all trainee teachers have to pass, at a test centre, before they become qualified. They also have to pass tests in Maths and English as well. • It is a chance for you to audit your skills at the start of this course, as the test provides feedback at the end. Enabling you to concentrate your learning on the areas where it is most needed.

  6. Searching use a search engine. • QTS skills test • ICT Test • Practice Tests • Online Tests • Practice test 1 (extra time) Read the instructions carefully. 4 tasks with 4 parts = 16 questions.

  7. Make a note of what areas you need to improve in your planner.
