The Phi Beta Epsilon (PBE) Vision 2020 focuses on strengthening the fraternity's long-term sustainability through active dialogue and planning among current members and alumni. It addresses key issues such as the aging physical plant, evolving MIT student demographics, and the transition to a more inclusive FSILG environment. Key areas of review include alumni relations, academic performance, and the fraternity's financial viability. This initiative aims to create a vibrant, active brotherhood while ensuring that PBE remains relevant and competitive within the ever-changing landscape of MIT.
