  2. The primary goal of the clinic is to provide family practice healthcare to members of the PCSB health plan at no cost. WELCOME PCSB HEALTH PLAN MEMBERS

  4. Sick waiting room Well waiting room Two welcoming waiting rooms, one for well patients and one for sick patients, are available for your comfort while waiting for your appointment.

  5. Staff and Facility Courteous, knowledgeable staff available to provide primary healthcare services solely for the benefit of PCSB Employees, retirees and their covered dependents age 2 and up enrolled in the employee health plan.

  7. No copay or coinsurance for lab work that is ordered at the clinic and is performed onsite. Onsite Lab

  8. Annual Physicals • Well Woman Visits • Sore Throat, Colds & Flu • Headaches • Bladder, Ear & Sinus Infections • Manage Diabetes, Cholesterol and Blood Pressure Clinical Services Provided

  9. The clinic is set up to dispense certain generic medications. You may, (depending on the prescription), be able to get your medication at no cost from the clinic. Generic Medications

  13. The new Florida Blue Center is available to PCSB health plan members with no copay. This facility also has basic x-ray capabilities. PCSB employees have an exclusive appointment line and are guaranteed an appointment within two hours for acute care issues during regular business hours.
