  1. ZZ Plant • Zamioculcas Zamifolia burn a pet’s mouth or throat. Remove the pieces of plant from mouth carefully. • Keep them hydrated if they are vomiting.

  2. Philodendron • Calcium Oxalate crystal present in leaves irritate a dog’s mouth and cause swelling and burning. • This can lead to difficulty in breathing or death.

  3. Tulips • Entire tulip including the tulip bulb is toxic for pets. • This can lead to death, central nervous system depression, and convulsions.

  4. Palm • Seed present in palm plant is the most poisonous along with the whole plant. • Symptoms will start showing within 15 minutes. It causes liver failure, death, drooling.

  5. Lily • There are different types of plant lily. Peace lily is toxic to dogs and cats as they will start vomiting. • Stargaze and Easter lily affect their appetite and kidneys.

  6. Ivy • Dogs will have skin rashes or breathing problems. • This can also lead to paralysis or coma.

  7. Aloe Vera • The inner gel is not toxic but the outside of plant are dangerous for dog’s digestive system. • It causes vomiting, diarrhea, and tiredness.

  8. Pothos or Devil’s Ivy • Both dogs and cats are affected by this plants. • It causes vomiting, swallowing difficulties.
