Momentos para el Canje Todo Certificado Médico Particular posterior al vigésimo día de incapacidad acumulado en el año por el trabajador y que cumpla con los requisitos respectivos; será obligatoriamente canjeado por un CITT. 21 El canje de dichos certificados, deberá ser realizado en un plazo 30 días desde su EMISION.

  8. SOLICITUD DE ATENCIÓN MÉDICA POR ACCIDENTE DE TRABAJO
