  28. CONCLUSIONS As an emergency manager, you need all of the help you can get. You need good management tools The right tools must be used for the right jobs PERT/CPM is one good tool for managing and scheduling complex jobs which can be completed (not repetitious service or support jobs) InterWorks/UNHCR
