Proposition S Official Ballot General Municipal Election Tuesday, April 5, 2016 Shall the Board of Education of the School District of Jennings, St. Louis County, Missouri, borrow money in the amount of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) for the purpose of constructing, renovating, improving, furnishing and equipping school sites, buildings and related facilities for school purposes, and issue general obligation bonds for the payment thereof? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the school district is estimated to remain unchanged at $0.99 per one hundred dollars assessed valuation of real and personal property.

  4. Proposition S Question: When was the last time Jennings School District passed a Bond Issue? Answer: In April, 2011 Jennings’ voters approved Proposition J, with an overwhelming 61%. It was the first tax increase to pass during an April election in Jennings School District history.
