7. 1 لمحـــــة عن رابطــــة توأمـــــــة نابلـــــس دنـــــدي * يعتبر توقيع اتفاقية التوأمة بين مدينتي نابلس الفلسطينية ودنـدي البريطانية من أقدم اتفاقيات التوأمة والتي ترجع الى العام 1980 بين المدينتين. * اشتملت اتفاقية التوأمة طوال هذه الفترة على عدد من النشاطات المتبادلة بين المدينتين على المستوى الرسمي. * تم تأسيس رابطة للتوأمة في مدينة دنـدي بهيئة ادارية منتخبة قامت بانتداب وفد لجمعية الرابطة لزيارة مدينة نابلس تمهيداً لتشكيل رابطة شقيقة في مدينة نابلس لمتابعة علاقات التوأمة على المستوى الشعبي بما يخدم اوسع شريحة من أهالي ومؤسسات المدينتين. * في آذار من العام 2007 استقبلت محافظة نابلس وفد الرابطة من مدينة دنـدي قام خلالها الوفد بجولة واسعة شملت عدداً كبيراً من مؤسسات المدينة اختتمت باجتماع موسع لجميع هذه المؤسسات واتفق خلالها على انتخاب هيئة ادارية للرابطة في محافظة نابلس. * دعم مكتب النائب في المجلس التشريعي ناصر جمعــة الرابطة بتقديمه مقراً دائماً للرابطة لمتابعة مسؤولياته انطلاقاً منه. * بعد ذلك عقد اجتماع تم خلاله انتخاب الهيئة الادارية للرابطة وتشكيل لجنة استشارية من الشخصيات الاعتبارية في محافظة نابلس لتوفير شبكة دعم للرابطة. next back ARABIC SLIDE

8. 2 لمحـــــة عن رابطــــة توأمـــــــة نابلـــــس دنـــــدي * باشرت اللجنة جهودها واتصالاتها لترتيب تسجيل الرابطة لدى الجهات المختصة ووضع آليات المتابعة الكفيلة بتحقيق أهداف ثقافية واقتصادية بين المدينتين. * شاركت الرابطة في عدد من المعارض والمحافل والندوات ارسلت خلالها منشورات وعروض ذات علاقة خلال عدد من الفعاليات في اسكتلندا بشكل عام بترتيب وجهود مشتركة بين الرابطة في المدينتين. * دُشِنت علاقات التوأمة في المجال الثقافي بين المدينتين بتلقي الرابطة في محافظة نابلس دعوة رسمية من بلديةدنــــدي وفرع رابطة التوأمة في مدينة دنـدي للمشاركة في فعاليات مهرجان الشباب الدولي، حيث ضمالوفد الفلسطيني 12 عضواً من الرابطة وفرقة شباب المركز الوطني للموسيقى. * حققت الزيارة أهدافها بصورة كبيرة وكانت المشاركة الفلسطينية نوعية شارك في دعمها جميع أهالي أعضاء الوفد وعدد من المؤسسات والشخصيات في سبيل إنجاحها. * سيتم التعاون بالتحضير لفعاليات ثقافية قادمة كأسبوع نابلس في مدينة دنــديوبرنامج استضافة طلاب اللغة الانجليزية في مدينة دندي وعدد من النشاطات الاخرى خلال العام القادم. next back ARABIC SLIDE

9. أهــــــداف رابطــــــة توأمــــــــــة نابلـــــس دنـــــدي * دعم جهود الاتصالات مع رابطة التوأمة في مدينة دنــدي بما يخدم تحقيق أهداف مشتركة في مجالات عــــــدة. * تعميم ونشر نماذج الحياة الفلسطينية في مدينة نابلس ثقافياً وأكاديمياً واجتماعياً واقتصادياً. * تسهيل العلاقات ما بين المؤسسات ذات الاهتمامات المشتركة في كلا المدينتين. * دعم جهود تعليم اللغة الانجليزية في مدينة نابلس وخاصة لدى قطاع الشباب والأطفال. * محاولة البحث عن تأمين مصادر لدعم مشاريع التبادل الثقافي والشبابي بين المدينتين. * الترويج للسلع النابلسية في مدينة دنـــدي واسكتلندا بشكل عام ابتداء من مدينة دنــــــدي كالصابون وزيت الزيتون والمطرزات والأعمال اليدوية. * دعم إنشاء تجمعات توأمة جديدة بين مدينتي نابلس ودندي من جهة وعدد من المدن الاخرى المتوأمة مع المدينتين. next back ARABIC SLIDE

10. مقتطفات من النظام الداخلي لرابطة توأمة نابلس- دنـدي * توكل الى رابطة التوأمة في محافظة نابلس مسؤولية متابعة جهود التواصل ما بين مدينتي نابلس ودنـــدي في كافة مجالات الحياة ذات الاهتمام المشترك على المستوى الشعبي أفراداً ومؤسسات ومهمة التنسيق فيما بينها. * تتكون الرابطة من هيئتين ادارية واستشارية تعمل بموجبها الهيئة الادارية على أداء النشاطات التنفيذية والميدانية، في حين تقوم الهيئة الاستشارية بتأمين وتسهيل مقومات عمل الهيئة الادارية معنوياً ومادياً. * تتألف الهيئة الادارية للرابطة من: رئيس الرابطة، أمين السر، السكرتريا، منسق العلاقات العامة، المحاسب، منسق الاعلام،منسق الانشطة، ويتم انتخاب أعضائها أثناء اجتماع سنوي يلي الاجتماع السنوي العام بشهر واحد على الاكثر. * تدعو الهيئة الادارية المؤسسات والأفراد الاعضاء في مدينة نابلس الى اجتماع سنوي تناقش فيه الموضوعات الثنائية ذات العلاقة بالتوأمة والخطط والنشاطات المستقبلية. * الوسيلة الرئيسة لمتابعة شؤون علاقات التوأمة بشكل عام يتم من خلال مقر الرابطة في محافظة نابلس ومن خلال الموقع الالكتروني والبريد الالكتروني للرابطة، حيث تزود الرابطة جميع الاعضاء بالاخبار والنشاطات أولا بأول. * تتولى الهيئة الادارية للرابطة مسؤولية توزيع طلبات العضوية للرابطة مقابل رسم اشتراك سنوي مقداره 5 دنانير للأفراد و 10 دنانير للمؤسسات وذلك من خلال الحساب البنكي الرسميباسم الرابطة ويشرف عليها وعلى جميع الامور المالية محاسب الرابطة. (انظر بند العضوية على موقع الرابطة الالكتروني) * تجتمع الهيئة الادارية للرابطة بدعوة من الرئيس أو أمين السر. * ليس هناك اية اشتراطات او تعليمات مسبقة للانضمام لعضوية الرابطة من المؤسسات والأفراد باستثناء تعبئة طلب العضوية في مقر الرابطة او الكترونياً واستحقاق دفع رسوم العضوية، وهي الصفة الوحيدة التي تمنح الحق في المشاركة في نشاطات الرابطة وحضور الاجتماعات. * تعطى الاولوية في الانضمام الى نشاطات التوأمة والمشاركة بها للأعضاء المسجلين بالدرجة الاولى. back next

11. مقر نشاطات الرابطة وهيئتيها الادارية والاستشارية * تقوم الرابطة بنشاطاتها انطلاقاً من محافظة نابلس وتسعى الى تنسيق وتنشيط العلاقات بين المؤسسات والأفراد في المدينتين. * يرتكز عدد من نشاطات الرابطة في محافظة نابلس في مدينة دنــدي، وذلك بسبب طبيعة نشاطات الرابطة وأهدافها والتي تسعى الى العمل والترويج لنابلس في المدينة المتوأمة. * تتسم أساليب العمل بين المدينتين في أغلب الاوقات من خلال التواصل عبر شبكة الانترنت والمراسلات الدورية لتحقيق الحوار والعمل المتبادل. * تضم الرابطة في محافظة نابلس هيئة ادارية مكونة من 7 أشخاص ، ولجنة استشارية من الشخصيات الاعتبارية في المحافظة. * عنوان مقر الرابطة: نابلـــس - شارع سفيان - عمارة الأنــــــوار – الطابق الثامــــــن هاتف: 09-2370715/6 ، فاكس: 2373416- 09، جوَال:0599-285932 ، ص.ب : 1892 بريد الكتروني: info@nablus-dundee.org الموقع الالكتروني: www.nablus-dundee.org next back ARABIC SLIDE

12. 1 About Nablus Dundee Twining Association General Vision The Palestinian city of Nablus and the Scottish city of Dundee have a historical twinning relationship which was to be strengthened through a visit by a delegation from Dundee-Nablus Twining Association in March 2007. This visit included meetings with many societies working in the city. One of the important event of this visit was the opening of the Nablus-Dundee Twining Association office, which emulates the office of the Association in Dundee; this office will be the centre for the people and the societies of the two cities to develop future plans, to increase the cooperation, and also to enhance the cultural exchange and dialogue between the two cities. The visit by the Dundee delegation also showed the local people of Nablus the importance of the twining between the two cities, especially for the youth and the children who were eager to gain more knowledge and to be introduced to another civilization. next back

13. 2 About Nablus Dundee Twining Association General Vision The enthusiasm of the people of Nablus about this twinning was clearly observed through their reaction when they were invited to a meeting with Dundee-Nablus Twining Association delegation: children, youth, men, women, and a number of public figures attended this meeting. At this meeting, many issues were discussed including new ideas to support future plans between the two cities, especially on the public level. By the end of the meeting, a broader committee was formed to supervise the election of a smaller Executive Committee that would advance the relation between the two cities, this committee would also prepare the Association agenda and Constitution as well as recruiting new members. The tasks of this committee also include preparing elections for a new Executive Committee next year and for building a website for the Association in Nablus. next back

Nablus Dundee Twining Association Objectives Key Objectives of NDTA 1) Progress the contacts between Nablus and Dundee through exchanges of emails, minutes, membership, and Video Conferences. 2) Publicise the twinning and life in Nablus through newsletters, websites and newspapers in Dundee. 3) Develop links between the people and groups of Dundee and Nablus through presentations and other ways both general and specific . 4) Promote the twinning between common interest groups in Dundee & Nablus-such as education (schools, colleges & universities), public services (fire, ambulance, police, etc), sports (football, etc.) and commerce (chambers, companies, unions) and culture (arts, languages, music, drama, films) and Churches. 5) Assist in developing the English skills particularly of young people in Nablus. 6) Support the Cultural and Commercial links between Nablus and Dundee. 7) Expanding cooperation and exchanges between all the other twin cities of Nablus and Dundee next back

32. 1 Thanks… We would like to mention with our highly appreciation to those who spent many efforts (physically and mentally) to make our visit much easier and much more interesting and much more significant. Many people contributed to making this possible and it is impossible to list them all. Fraser Patrick, the person that we felt that he has very warm feelings and very high helpful character with very high level of ethics and patience. This person with his shiny face and with brilliant smiles all the time. Our comrades all the time of our visit since we put our foot at the airport till we finished our visit. With us in our events, parties, receptions, foods and everything. We can’t forget all the members of Dundee Youth Voice, who facilitated and made our visit an ideal and exiting adventure, the people that we met from this association, which we can really say with very high of respect that they are the pride of Dundee and the pure and nice voice for this city. Dundee can feel proud of them as we feel and we will keep feeling in the future that we recognise all these people. We are very sure and confident that all the members of this distinguished association will allow for us to express our high and special recognition towards Shane, Laura, Ann, and Gras who were the candles and the dynamo for most of the activities which arranged. We would like mention the DCA efforts to host music event there with special appreciation for Richie Cumming who supported and arranged that. next back

33. 2 Thanks… Marry Henderson, this woman with very high activeness level, with very high level of interactive personality, in addition to fully optimistic face that added many nice meanings for our concepts towards the life. Many other people that they were involving with our historical visit to Dundee they will stick inside our minds and hearts together as great, nice, and helpful examples to build the cultural and humanitarian bridge between the people in Dundee and Nablus. We would like also to express our thankfulness for the hidden soldier who spent a lot of efforts especially with the technical issues. This person that he put all his experience between our hands through his regular contacts with us to direct and keeping us updated all the time to get very easy mission before our visit to Dundee. He did not stop this but he continued as one of the most active people to make everything as easy as we wish, this is Mike wighthead. We can not forget Andree Ryan and Nehad Khanfar who were the main persons that started all the efforts to activate the relations between Nablus and Dundee. All our appreciation for them since we started to touch the fruits of their faithful efforts.
