  2. The geography and environment of Mali. Mali mostly consists of deserts, but there are agricultural regions in which the Niger and Senegal rivers flow. These rivers provide optimal farming regions.

  3. Currency and state of development of Mali. The currency of Mali is the CFA Franc. But even as there is a currency the country of Mali is still low income and developing. About half the population lives below the international poverty line of US$1.25 a day.
