Client Name Administrator Miscellaneous Recycle Bin User List Button and Box Functions (Must be able to edit excel files on server, no downloading and re-uploading) New File Button: Folder that stores excel files. Move File Button: Moves files from New File to Save File folder. Save File Button: Folder that stores saved files in alphabetical order by first name. Delete File Button: Folder that shows excel files in New File and Save File folders, with delete check boxes. Upload File Button: Allows for files to be uploaded to New File, Save File, Test File, and Misc. File folders.. Test File Button: Folder that stores excel files. View Report Button: Folder thatshows all excel files under Save File folder. Misc. File Button: Folder thatstores excel files. User List Button: Folder that stores a list of all User Names & I.D’s. Allows for users to be added or deleted. Recycle Bin Button: Folder that stores all deleted files. User Name Box: Verifies user name. User I.D. Box: Password protect access to New File, Move File, Save File, Test File, and Misc. File folders.. Client Name Box: File name search. FIND Button: Starts file name search. Administrator Box: Access to all buttons/folders. Can add or delete users.
