  1. How to use this template: • Use the Save As function to create a new Powerpoint file from this one. (Note: this template uses a custom slide size of 18 x 12 in.) • Choose which sample slide works best for your event and replace the sample info with your relevant info. Delete the other slides. • Download your department or office wordmark and add it to the footer section (reverse white – vertical works great on the maroon footer background) • Choose File > Export and then select the JPEG file format. The JPEG file is what you will upload to the digital displays.

The ideal time to post your flyer to calendar and displays is 2 weeks before the event.
