Join us for the "Get Ready, Get Set, Go!" Community-Wide Transition Conference, designed to facilitate networking among Jewish Community Centers, synagogues, and school districts. Participate in workshops focused on transition planning, including IEP meetings, career testing, job readiness skills, and community resources. Collaborate with local agencies to enhance student referrals and create comprehensive transition plans. Our goal is to ensure that the day after graduation is seamless for every student. Tools and opportunities will be available to promote successful adult transitions.
