Opportunities created from reviews of the • Council’s Land & Property Portfolio • The council is not operating on a fire sale basis and is not selling the family silver • Sales will be balanced against the councils need for capital receipts to drive investment and economic regeneration, but also takes into account affordable home priorities and potential future delivery models • The disposal methodology is to sell sites both by informal • tender and auctions (whichever is most appropriate).
