  4. Documentación: • OP5, • Historia clínica del donante, • Serología.

  5. Recepción del Tejido Ocular

  6. Identificación del tejido (rótulo)

  7. Cámara húmeda

  8. Evaluación microscópica • Defecto o infiltrado epitelial. • Opacidad subepitelial. • Opacidad estromal. • Edema estromal. • Pliegues/estrías en Descemet. • Guttata endotelial. • Claridad global.

  9. Se decide si el tejido es apto o no para transplante

  10. Se evalúa: Transparencia Pliegues Edema epitelial Edema estromal Guttata Se clasifica el tejido en: -Excelente -Muy bueno -Bueno -Regular

  11. Medios de preservación de tejidos • De córnea -Cámara Húmeda (24-36hs) -Optisol GS (14 días) • De esclera -Cámara Húmeda (24-36hs) -Alcohol 70-96º (6 meses) -Glicerina (1 mes)

  12. CORNEAS REGULARES URGENCIAS Y/O INJERTOS LAMELARES

  13. URGENCIAS • CORNEAS TIPIFICADAS (HLA) • PEDIATRICOS • CEGUERA • LISTA GENERAL

  14. PACIENTES EN LISTA DE ESPERA 1757 PACIENTES EN LISTA GENERAL 1687 PACIENTES CIEGOS 68

  15. La primer paciente en lista de espera general fue inscripta el 14 de noviembre del 2005

  16. ESPERAMOS QUE CADA UNO , DESDE SU LUGAR, SE COMPROMETA Y NOS AYUDE PARA QUE LOS PACIENTES EN LISTA DE ESPERA GENERAL PUEDAN TENER LA OPORTUNIDAD DE SER TRANSPLANTADOS……….
