El Sobrante Library - Project Goals* • RETURN A VALUED COMMUNITY ASSET TO EL SOBRANTE • REMOVE ALL TRACES OF FIRE, WATER AND SMOKE DAMAGE • REMOVE HAZARDOUS MATERIAL SUCH AS ASBESTOS CEILING TILES AND DRYWALL • UPGRADE TO CURRENT CODE AND OTHER BUILDING STANDARDS • ELECTRICAL • LIGHTING • ENERGY EFFICIENCY • UPGRADE TO ADA • RESTROOMS • DOORWAYS • SHELVING

  6. El Sobrante Library Meeting Room – pre-fire • Room capacity 45 people • Available after hours if separate entrance • No later than 10pm weekdays • No later than midnight weekends • May reserve once per month • Get key from staff at desk

  7. El Sobrante Library Meeting Room – post-fire • Same dimensions of previous meeting room • Room capacity 49 people • Tables • Glassed in for security • Access during library hours or when reserved by a county employee
