Revised Implementation Approach • 28th November – 1st December – Outage required for final trial in IAD Production Service • Extract performance statistics against the change code under stress conditions • Backout and revert to pre change IAD code • Enables analysis of performance results • Provides opportunity to confirm to Users of when change code will be applied and LSO Managed Organisations to notify Users which password to use

Revised Implementation Approach (2) • 5th – 8th December – Implementation of Revised Code into IAD Production Service • Wednesday 3rd December – Final Go/No Go Meeting • Sat 6th/ Sun 7th December – Implement Revised Code • Sunday 7th December – Confirm Revised Code in place • Monday 8th December – • LSO Managed Organisation Users Log In with revised passwords • Non LSO Managed Organisation Users set profiles

Planned User Communications • Emails to Contract Managers • Thursday 4th December – Confirming ‘Go’ Decision • Sunday 7th December – Confirm Revised Code in place • SMS Messages to nominated contacts • Sunday 7th December – Confirm Revised Code in place / Users to use revised password when logging in • Nominations by 3rd December for SMS to: xoserve.userpays@xoserve.com

Other Items for Note • LSO Managed Organisation datafix has been successfully tested • No failures reported • Reconciliation exercise (New Accounts Created) to be undertaken on 1st December • Response with LSO Password and Profile Details – 3rd December • Account creation freeze • Not proposed for this implementation
