The Mission of our Mechanics Mechanics put officials in the best position to make the calls that allow us to keep the game safe and fair by using methods that are easily applied in a consistent manner.

Fight Procedures • Unfortunately, IT happens • Try and remain calm • Get on your whistle • One official needs to freeze the benches • Only separate if you feel safe to do so • Come together and take a breath before adjudicating penalties, resuming play, etc…
Tips for Success Each assignment you work is an audition Look the part – dress, demeanor, discipline.
