  1. Om Namo Narayanaya Om Namo Narayanaya Badarikashrama has been serving the San Francisco bay area for more than 23 years promoting Vedic culture and spiritual values. The US center in San Leandro has completed remodeling and structural repair of the residence. In the next phase we are planning to remodel the cultural hall and the temple. Our vision and the growing needs are making this necessary. Please give generously through your loving donations. Take this opportunity to serve the community by joining in Badarikashrama’s continuing service to humanity. Our Indian center is involved in rural development in Madihalli providing health services and education. We are also running a lunch program for the elementary school located close to our ashrama. Over 40 children come daily to our dining hall for lunch. We also regularly hold health and dental camps where they get treated for anemia, skin diseases and other problems. The ashrama has developed into a thriving center with families, schools, colleges, spiritual centers, and government dignitaries visiting from throughout the district and Karnataka. On your next trip to India please visit our ashrama and offer your services for our efforts at rural development. Swami Omkarananda, our founder and president is serving and helping the community in maintaining a balanced peaceful life in today’s society by practicing and teaching spiritual values and worshiping God. Badarikashrama is a non-profit organization and your donations are tax-deductible. The program and worship is open to all. Please attend and share the joy. Dive deep with the noble idea that you have received. Repeat the holy name, mediate upon it, keep good company and subdue the ego by all means.
