Register by April 6, 2007 For Reservations (305) 852-5553 Meeting Registration Fees : Workshop only Onsite Registration only $30 FUCC Meeting (includes Workshop) Pre-registration (4/21/07)Onsite $50 $60 Please pre-register online for the meeting. Pre-registration payment can be by credit card or check. Registration available online at www.fucc.org. Make Pre-registration checks payable to FUCC and send to Vinnie LaVallette, FUCC Treasurer, 718 S. North Lake Blvd. Suite 1020, Altamonte Springs, FL, 32701. All Pre-registration checks must be received by 1/26/07. Annual Pre-registration available upon request..
