Background - Scope of Assignment • Analyze financial and non-financial aspects for each Alternative: • Pros/cons of selling or leasing electric power assets • Potential impacts of a sale/lease of electric power assets on electric rates and tariffs • Potential impacts of a sale or lease of electric power assets on the remaining utilities services • Include analysis of benefits to the community of a municipally-owned electric power utility
