Also one (1) word or excel version of Sections 2-5 • Electronic file on cd • Sections 1-5, 8 1/2”x 11”, double-sided • Section 6 not larger than 11” x 17” • Mailed or hand delivery • Due Friday, February 24th by 5pm

  13. Conservation Easement • Ensures perpetual preservation of the open space values of the project property • Conservation values and purpose • Reserves and restricts uses • Approval of project plans • - Baseline documentation • - Stewardship monitoring Windsor Town Green

Property Appraisal • Required for acquisition projects to establish fair market value • - Applicant is responsible for coordinating appraisal process • - Appraisal must comply with the District’s Appraisal Guidelines & Standards • - Appraisal must be accepted by the District’s Fiscal Oversight Commission • If older than one (1) year an update may be required
