Property Appraisal • Required for acquisition projects to establish fair market value • - Applicant is responsible for coordinating appraisal process • - Appraisal must comply with the District’s Appraisal Guidelines & Standards • - Appraisal must be accepted by the District’s Fiscal Oversight Commission • If older than one (1) year an update may be required
