  9. Purpose Statement • The problem statement presents the reasons why the project has been designed. The problem should be supported by evidence drawn from experience, statistics provided by authoritative sources, and appropriate literature. This section should avoid the use of jargon and instead use “human terms” and descriptions to present the problem. • SHARE……………..Group Input/Critique

  13. Methods • This section describes, in explicit detail, how the researcher proposes to meet his stated objectives. An overall design may be described, but it its essential that specific procedures be identified. • Plan should include activities, timeline, and may refer to Appendix for Policy and Procedures.

  14. Personnel • Insure Plan is Inclusive/Exhaustive • Consider all paid and non-paid (volunteers) • Roles for operations • Outline time commitments • Provide Rationale/Abilities • Biographies that outline skills (qualifications) for fulfilling roles. • SHARE…………Group Input………Critique
