  4. Transport Addendum Cont. • Complete top portion: Date, Center ID,and Agency • Send with letter to Ben Williams indicating: Name of transporting examiner, locale of addendum site, number of annual transports

  5. Transport Addendum Cont. • Transport allowed only after approval is received • GED test center sets rules and guidelines for testing-not addendum site • Full compliance with GEDTS guidelines

  6. Transport Addendum Cont. • Initials of Chief Examiner and jurisdictional officer • Note the assurance: • Only tests and topic cards may be transported • All secure materials must be transported and kept in locked container • No secure material may be stored at addendum site • Addendum facility is suitable for testing
