  3. Think about this prompt. Do you agree or disagree?

  4. For one minute: • Explain the prompt in your own words • What does it mean? • What is your interpretation of it and any visuals you have seen today?

  5. For three minutes: • Take a breath. • Think about all of the stories you’ve read, all the books. Look at the first sentence you wrote. • Now think about the stories you’ve read until you think of one that shows you how true this sentence (your first sentence) is. • Indent, and tell what story you thought of, and how it shows that this statement/assertion is true.

  6. For three minutes: • Take a breath. • Think about all of the movies you’ve ever seen. Look at the first sentence you wrote. Now think about the movies you’ve seen until you think of one that shows you how true this sentence (your first sentence) is. • Indent, and tell what movie you thought of, and how it shows that this statement/assertion is true.

  7. For three minutes: • Take a breath. • Think about all of the history you’ve ever learned. You’ve learned the history of the world, of our country, of recent times, of ancient times. Look at the first sentence you wrote. Now think about moments in history until you think of one that shows you how true this sentence (the first sentence) is. • Indent, and tell what moment in history you thought of, and how it shows that this sentence is true.
