President • Plan and coordinate EC events • Activities Fair, Dean events, sponsored speaker events, EC meetings, etc. • Assisted by Events Director • Communicate with CoE administration for direction, event coordination, new events, policy changes, etc. • Develop other exec team and director roles • Assisted by exec team and faculty advisor (Winnie Sampson) • Communicate with national engineer council organization (NAESC)

  7. Vice President • Compute volunteer hours and allowable fund request amount • Monitor volunteer hours • Assisted by Volunteer Hours Director • Evaluate fund request eligibility requirements

  8. Treasurer • Send fund requests to CoE fiscal team • Liaison between Administration for all spending needs • Operate checking account • Depositing checks, withdrawing money • Aid with fund request check distribution • Order food for each meeting

  9. Secretary • Monitor attendance at meetings • Create attendance log • Evaluate attendance eligibility requirements • Create and send out newsletter • Assisted by President in choosing content to send

  10. Webmaster • Update website with: • Current dates • Current files • Current events • Improve functionality of website • Improve aesthetics of website
