NEGOTIATION FACTORS • Replacement channels must be equivalent • Verification especially important for 806-809/851-854 MHz licensees • NPSPAC channels simply “drop down” 15 MHz • NOT subject to formal frequency coordination • Nextel must pay all retuning costs • Labor, Parts • Software • New radios where necessary • “Frequency coordination” or equivalent • Engineering and legal • Preliminary costs, with TA approval
