  2. I-25 N Project Overview • One new express lane in each direction from US36 to 120th • Uses existing shoulder to construct new lanes • New soundwalls, pavement resurfacing • Lowering of I-25 under 88thave bridge • $64m Project • Construction began: Fall 2013 • Opening Date: Fall 2015

  3. Current and Upcoming Public Outreach • Ongoing • I-25 N App • Project website and newsletters • Briefings to interested groups, elected officials • Summer Outreach • Telephone town hall: July 9 • Heavy media outreach leading up to construction at 88th

  4. 88th: Previous Phasing Approach • 100-day duration • Would require moving opposite direction travelers across center pier of bridge • No daytime lane closures of I-25

  5. 88th: New Phasing Approach • Anticipated to significantly reduce duration • No “Cross-over” Required • Phase 2 requires single lane closure on I-25 for duration of 1 weekend for each direction • Targeted Phase 2 weekends at end of July or beginning of August
