We’re going to this factory-style • Blend 2 cups of black beans in the blender until it’s the consistency of chunky peanut butter. • Mix one beaten egg into 1 ½ cup of drained black beans. • Add cracker meal to the mixture until it holds together like clay. • Heat up butter-it in a large skillet over medium heat- turn it to med-high when patties are ready. • Hand-form patties using 1/3 cup of mixture by balling it up and squishing it down. • Pan fry the patties until they are crisp. • Plate, serve and enjoy!
