Perfect Griddle Burger Cooking Technique for Juicy Flavor

Master the art of cooking burgers on a griddle with this simple method. Preheat your griddle to 375°F (or lower for less char) without oil or butter, as the natural grease from the meat prevents sticking. Add your patty, letting one side caramelize and form a crust before flipping—this may take several minutes. Only flip the burger once for optimal juiciness. If you want cheese, add it in the final 1-2 minutes. Test for doneness by touching the top; it should not have a balloon-like feel. Allow the patty to rest for 1 minute before serving.
