National Technical Support Partner Roles and Responsibilities • Provide technical assistance to NDOH • Facilitate planning, communication, and triage of SAG requests, delegating when needed • Work with SAG to outline detailed plan for execution of MMC targets • Manage meetings (i.e., scheduling, agenda, meeting minutes) • Ensure ongoing information sharing (i.e., best practices, results) among partners and with NDOH, PEPFAR • Help SAG establish a system and support them in monitoring and QA • Facilitate dissemination and use of the standard MMC register - DRAFT -

Provincial Technical Support Partners Roles and Responsibilities • Provide technical assistance to PDOH • Facilitate planning, communication, and triage of Provincial or District requests, delegating when needed • Work with Province/District to outline detailed plan for execution of MMC targets • Manage meetings (i.e., scheduling, agenda, meeting minutes) • Ensure ongoing information sharing (i.e., best practices, results) among partners and with PDOH, NDOH, PEPFAR • Help Provinces establish a system and support them in monitoring and QA • Facilitate dissemination and use of the standard MMC register • Facilitate and track training • Work with Provinces to develop an overview “dashboard” timeline and plan • Work with Provincial liaison to ensure transparent communications/information sharing and follow up • Work with Designated District Support Partners to monitor and identify MMC linkage/referral opportunities in other service delivery (e.g., HCT) - DRAFT -

  4. Implementing PartnersRoles and Responsibilities • Complete 22,000 – 25,000 MMC per year, per site to keep pace with PEPFAR targets • Perform QA self assessments, share with Province and PEPFAR • Provide quarterly reports to data warehouse • Execute other activities as outlined in work plan - DRAFT -

  5. Designated District Support PartnersRoles and Responsibilities • Monitor and identify MMC linkage/referral opportunities in other service delivery, including: • HCT • PMTCT • Care and treatment • Prevention • Gender • RH - DRAFT -
