From Competition to Collaboration: Enhancing the North Down and Ards Area Learning Community

The North Down and Ards Area Learning Community (NDAALC) emphasizes a shift from competition to collaboration among educational institutions. By forming an umbrella group that includes maintained, voluntary, integrated, and controlled structures, we can effectively align policies, build trust, and enhance quality provision in education. Together, we focus on extending support and resources to ensure that every child receives the education they deserve, advocating for flexibility in teaching contracts and reducing bureaucratic constraints. Let's work as a cohesive team to promote success for all.
