The SHARP Project aims to tackle the challenges of social and professional inclusion in Romania, particularly in Slatina, where local authorities struggle with implementing effective programs for disadvantaged youth. By focusing on community empowerment, the project promotes local patterns and fosters knowledge transfer. It addresses issues like social marginality, emphasizing life skills development for children aged 8-18 and the importance of volunteering. Through social dialogue and awareness of European topics, SHARP seeks to enhance community cohesion and advocate for social inclusion.
