Reporting on Long-Term Training • Submit information along with quarterly reports • Use the Excel worksheet UA L-T student list.xlsx (soon available on-line, or write to us) • Keep the file current throughout the life of your project, updating existing records and adding new records as changes occur • If changes have occurred, send a copy of your up-to-date worksheet as a part of your quarterly report each quarter

  8. Reporting on Short-Term Training • Submit information along with quarterly reports • Use the Excel worksheet AquaFish CRSP Workshop Participant Form.xls (soon available on-line, or write to us) • Fill out a new worksheet for each short-term event that occurs • When new events have occurred, please send one completed worksheet for each event as an attachment to your quarterly report

Financial Reporting (Training) • Recent request from Washington: Want to know expenditures for each of the following for FY07: • Full assistantship • Partial assistantship • Research support • Sponsored student • Fellowship • Waiver of tuition • Waiver of out-of-state tuition • Each fiscal year?
