W S • Not Integrated Planning Process • Many Practices(For 32 Years • Government Negligence of EA • Systematic Laws & Regulations - Low Suitability (in some Cases) • Also, Legal Framework • Few EA related subjects in Higher Education • There is NOT “no action alternative” T O • Narrow Job Opportunities • Widening EA Market • Low Budget for EIS • EA Strengthened due to Increased Public Participation • Developer oriented EIS Documentation • Public ignorance to EIA • Sharing EIA Experience with Developing Countries through Official Development Assistance • Low Level of Public Consciousness on EIA

Strengths – enagagement with the real world (we use a lot of case studies), common platform = EU Directives, Bologna, joint degrees, multi-interdiscilinarity, combination of theory and skills • Weaknesses – multidisciplinary protectionism, lack of financial resources university have (e.g. for simulation) • Opportunities – multidisciplinarity, to bring different disciplines in, integration itself, cultural differences, • Threats - perceived effectineveness of the instrument, oversupply, internationalisation programmes issue
