  3. MHV-MVI Summarization • MVI Compliance – Phase II New User Registration Features: Validate user traits with MVI when registering Veteran and VA Patient user accounts. Correlate user accounts after the match is successful. User Profile Updates: Match and correlate user traits with MVI when VA Patient and /or Veteran accounts are upgraded from Basic to Advanced and from Advanced to Premium. Login Functionality: Display account status in login Portal. Continue match/correlation for VA Patient and/or Veteran user accounts if previously not matched or correlated. In Person Authentication: Allow Veteran accounts that are matched and correlated to be authenticated. Authenticate advanced MHV users. Search for all MHV user accounts. Display additional fields in IPA pages. Help desk: Display additional fields in the help desk user details pages. Prescription Refill:  Allow advanced “VA patients" to access Rx Refill. Get treatment facility list for Uncorrelated users. Convert existing users: Allow IPA admin to match/correlate existing VA Patient accounts. Match/Correlate accounts at login.

SM Workload Credit v2 Summarization • Secure Messaging Workload Creditv2 Provider: Allow providers to view the default SM clinic and TIU note title associated with triage group when saving a message thread as CPRS progress Note. Allow providers to save with default Secure messaging note title if the triage group is not associated with a note title. Admin: Allow SM Administrators to associate existing triage groups to nationally approved clinic titles and SM progress note titles. Allow users to generate report to view all triage groups associated or not associated with a default SM Clinic and/or TIU note title.

SM Workload Credit v2 Summarization Highlights • Vista Patch MHV*1.0*10– SM Clinician and CPRS titles queries updates in support 12.4 changes. • VistA Patch 10 will impact MyHealtheVet Secure Messaging Administrative Portal. • VistA patch will deploy the HL7 components on VistA side for implementing the two new MHV SM queries. • Without this VistA patch the MHV SM functionality to query SM Clinics and TIU (Text Integrated Utility) Note titles will not be available to the users. • No other applications will be impacted.

MRP My Goals Summarization • MRP My Goals • The MRP My Goals project is funded by the Improve Veteran Mental Health initiative to provide an interactive tool to support Veterans with mental health or Substance Abuse Disorder conditions. The My Goals module within My HealtheVet helps Veterans to set individualized, personally relevant recovery goals and to track progress toward achieving the goals. • While My Goals was developed specifically for Veterans with Mental Health and Substance abuse disorders, the My Goals tool will be available to all Veterans for creation and tracking of their Goals. • My Goals was approved for limited testing in MHV’s 12.2 Release in September, 2012. The critical issues have been addressed and My Goals is now ready for National Release.

  7. PHR BB & Cleanup Summarization • VA CCD: The end users will be able to utilize an eye (human) readable PDF format to view their VA Continuity of Care document. Also, the XSL Style-sheet will be available for download. Updates will be made to “My Download Request” and "My VA CCD Download Results" screens (appendix A). • VA Demographics: Additional data elements that were not included in the 12.3 release will be added to the display (appendix A). • Defect Resolution: 12.2 and 12.3: Defects which span across PHR domains and CCD will be resolved (see appendix C). • Allergies and Chemistry Hematology: Making sure that the data for these two domains is available to the end user given the issues with the data source (HDR). Will be transitioning from HDR v2.0 to HDR v3.4. (This is not part 12.4; will be post 12.4)

Perform un-match during un-correlation. • SSOeMapping: Call MVI when performing SSOemapping • Patient Synchronization: Handle patients that are authenticated but not correlated and are in the Patient Synchronization table • MRP: My Goals • Interface improvements for usability • Addition of links for Learn More and Quick Guide • (BB) Ability to view, download & print Current & Completed Goals

MHV Highlights • Secure Messaging: Provider to Provider Phase 1 • Reassign Message button on the top when message is reviewed • Option to Reassign Message within team members of the Triage Group • Option to Reassign Message to another Triage Group within the facility • Reassign folder for Health Care Team Members • Search functionality for Reassign folder • Reassign Message History view in Reassign folder HRA Integration • HRA integrated with MHV Development and Testing environments in anticipation of September release.

MHV Highlights • Meaningful Use Updates (Changed Hold Periods from 7 to 3 days) • Chemistry/Hematology • Problem List • Notes • Microbiology • Radiology • Discharge • Pathology records remains at 14 days • Updated the User Interface to clearly explain the hold periods • Provided content with online help and updates to the guides • PHR Performance Improvements • Change message queue from Last In First Out (LIFO) to First In First Out (FIFO) • Restricted message processing to only current day to remove backlog risk • The purpose of these improvements is to positively impact the user experience by finishing the pending refreshes in chronological order
