The Impact on Sat. is the amount of improvement to Overall Satisfaction we would expect to see, based on improving that Element's score by 5 points. 3. The Impact on Future Behavior is the improvement to that Future Behavior we would expect to see, based on improving Overall Satisfaction by 5 points.
