  1. Muslim Women Prefer Modest Swimming Suits For women who dress up modestly, a beach -wear or swim-wear has always been a bone of contention. While resorting to DIY ideas to make their beachwear outfit a less bit revealing has not been an easy struggle for some while those who do manage, the botched up work fails to live upto the fun and sunning feel of the beach or pool. The bathing suits across cultures have varied differently with times but one thing which remains the same has been the iconic imagery of the itsy bitsy ‘Bikini’ etched deep into our memories. We’ve all been bombarded enough with pictures of celebrities in tabloids and ads flaunting their beach body with the perfect washboard abs without the inkling of body fat. Many who are still wary of their non- flattering body curves or just choose to not expose their fit physique to the million eyes galore, being a water baby had proven to be tough waters especially for women who observe hijab. With merchandising scaling new heights into need based innovation, the world recently witnessed the rise of Burkinis -modest swimming suits for Muslim or Modest dressers which covers your body from head to toe without exposing your skin and at the same time giving in enough opportunity for all the water-fun; yes you can feel the cold currents of the beach or pool. This is duly made possible by integrating a ‘breathable’ fabric into the making of a Burkini which allows for water movements and hence you can still feel the water current without exposing your body tobare minimum. Generally, burkinis could likely be seen as those scuba diving onesies (off course minus the flaps) and could be a two piece or a three piece depending upon the Hijab requirement of the dresser. Similarly, they are made out of different fabrics appropriating different needs of the wearer. For exampleif one just wants to enjoy swimming in a pool without the occupational hazards of chlorine and tanning then one could choose from a range of onesies made out of variants of polyamide fabrics which significantly reduce the chlorine exposure by acting as a barricade as well as saves you from the harmful UV rays of the sun.
