  2. Research Administration DMRollout • The Rollout is underway! • Track 1: Core sessions began during week of 10/25 • Track 2: Sessions began during week of 11/8 • Track 3: Begin in mid-December • All sessions requires Portfolio Financial Manager approval

Research Administration DMTraining Sessions • Research Administration DM Track 1 • VCC North – Thursday, 11/11 from 9-12 • VCC North – Monday, 11/29 from 9-12 • Research Administration DM Track 2 • Sage 4510 – Wednesday, 12/1 from 9-12 • Sage 4510 – Wednesday, 12/22 from 9-12 • VCC North – Friday, 1/14 from 9-12 http://www.rpi.edu/datawarehouse/dw-training-schedule.html

  4. ERD ReplacementMonth-End Reporting with BQYs • Static ERD reports will be replaced by BQYs • Training begins December 9 through January 2005 • Requires Portfolio Financial Manager Approval • In December ERD reports will be available with November data • In January ERD reports will be available with December data • In February: Last Month when ERD reports are available and only with December data

Access to the data in ERD reports vs. Data Warehouse Data Warehouse addresses the Interdisciplinary issues therefore you will have access to more information then in month end reports: • Own the fund • Own the organization that owns the above fund • Own the organization where charge is posted • Own the Financial Manager listed on the fund (resolves the interdisciplinary issues) • Own the position • Own the Employee
