Founders:- Autonomous Nonprofit Organization " Murmansk regional Center for Energy Efficiency ";- Federal State Budgetary Institution "Russian Energy Agency" of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.

Murmansk Regional Education and Demonstration Center of Energy Efficiency Main goals • Provide information on the implementation of energy saving technologies in different sectors of the Murmansk region; • Raise awareness of the importance of energy saving and energy efficiency; • Promote government initiatives in the region; • Explain to the population of the Murmansk region: • safety and economic benefits of energy-saving devices; • benefits of using energy efficient equipment and implementing energy-saving measures; • existing solutions, regulations, rules and standards in the field of energy saving; • inform about the advanced technologies in energy efficiency sector.

Murmansk Regional Education and Demonstration Center of Energy Efficiency The target audience of the center 1) Population of the Murmansk region. 2) Managers and professionals: • public-sector organizations; • housing and utilities sector; • small, medium and large businesses; • fuel, energy and supplying organizations; • construction and installation companies; • transport companies.

Murmansk Regional Education and Demonstration Center of Energy Efficiency Structure Total area - 250 - 350 sq.m.The center consists of:- Pre-exhibition hall;- Exhibition;- Office space;- Conference - hall. - Classes and conference room equipped with multimedia equipment- Equipped exhibition area - ​​158.2 m2 area;- Visual aids and models of energy efficient equipment for practical classes;- Audiovisual, multimedia, audio and office equipment;- Connection to the Internet;- 11 TV;- Laptops.
