Discover how DRS achieved success in promoting health and wellness, surpassing our HRA goal with an impressive 43.7% participation by April 2007. With a team of 272 employees, of which 70% are female, DRS implemented innovative wellness initiatives and supportive management practices. Our journey included monthly wellness communications, engaging contests, and the establishment of a Wellness Coordinator, fostering a culture of health. As we look to the future, we aim to further integrate wellness into our work environment, ensuring employees live healthier lives.
