Master teachers… will consider the social differences and personal backgrounds of each student to establish instructional tasks and make connections between the essential content and the lives and interest of their students.
Master teachers…impact student learning by creating an environment that allows for activating prior knowledge and performingongoing student assessments.
Master teachers…use formal and informal assessments as an ongoing diagnostic activity to guide and adjust their instruction.
Master teachers…Use graphic organizers to help students activate their prior knowledge and use it to facilitate learning.
Master teachers…create a challenging environment for students byintegrating the use of technology, manipulatives, visual aids, and a variety of centers.
