  2. Paleo Time Period : The Paleo’s lived from 11000 B.C to 8000 B.C . Food Source : Their food source was hunting and gathering like buffalo and mammoth. Weapons/tools: The tools they used were spears, atlatls, spoke shaves, and ax like adzes. Shelter: They lived in basecamps they also stored stuff in the basecamps.

  4. Archaic Time period : The Arcaic’s lived since 8000 B.C to 3000 B.C. Food Source :They were hunters and gatherers. They hunted large mammals and gathered nuts, fruits, berries, birds, fishes, turtles, and shell fish. Weapons/Tools : They had stone spears, knives, atlatl hooks, stone scrapers, pins, and barbed points. Shelter : They lived in houses like huts.

  6. Woodland Time Period : They lived from 1000 B.C to 900 A.D. Food Source : They were planters and harvesters . There main crop was corn. Weapons/Tools : The weapons and tools were bow and arrows, spears, stone points, and atlatls. Shelter : They lived in circular houses.

  8. Mississippian Time Period : They lived since 800 A.D to 1600 A.D. Food Source :They ate crops, fruits, nuts, animals, and plants. Weapons/Tools :The weapons and tools were stone axes and digging sticks. Shelter :They had houses. The houses were circular or rectangular shaped with flat tops.
