  2. Where do Bats live? • Bats like to live in environments that are mostly moist, dark, and slightly compact. • An example of this is a cave.

  3. Where are Bats from? • Bats are found on every continent except for Antarctica. Insect-eating and Fruit bats especially like tropical or temperate climates because insects and fruits are more prone to being there.

  4. What do Bats eat? • Bats like to eat fruits such as banana’s. They also like to eat and tiny insects. • They also eat mice, lizards, frogs, and even other bats.

  5. How do Bats use echolocation? • Bat use Echolocation to determine where small animals or fruit trees are located. • They also use echolocation when they are flying so that they don’t bump into trees or any wall type things. • They send waves in the direction which they are going and if they bounce back something is in it’s way.

  6. What are bats used for? • Echolocation, also called biosonar, is the biological sonar used by several kinds of animals. Echo locating animals emit calls out to the environment and listen to the echoes of those calls that return from various objects near them. They use these echoes to locate and identify the objects. Echolocation is used for navigation and for foraging (or hunting) in various environments.

  7. Conclusion • This is the best animal because they are easy to feed and they self prey. • The only thing you need to feed a bat is some fruit and some tiny insects.
