TELEMEDICINE TRAINING IN LAC • ATALACC telemedicineeducation plan: threeparts, beginingwiththebasics, increasingcomplexity. • Part 1: on line telemedicinecourse: in spanish, english and portugueseversion, wants a verywideaudience (healthpersonnel, technicalsupport), basicconceptswith a final evaluation. Thecontents are underdevelopment, needstofit in theLatinAmericalevelnecessities.

  15. TELEMEDICINE TRAINING IN LAC • Part 2: handson training course, oneweek, ideally in Panama (in themiddle of LatinAmerica). Thepracticalpart of thetheoricalon line course. Needstobeveryusefulforthearea, forpeoplewhoapprovetheon line course. Includetopicsforhealthpersonnel and technicalsupportpersonnel, withfieldvisits.

  16. TELEMEDICINE TRAINING IN LAC • Part 3: visit to high technology centers in US or LatinAmerica for specific trainings (pathology in UA, ophtalmology, communications, networks, simulation labs,...). A tailored visit depends on specific interests.
