WINDSKILL Europe leads the global wind power market, but the qualifications of installation and maintenance staff (70% of wind workforce) are still regulated locally or nationally • European qualification profile for onshore and offshore workers • modularised curriculum • pilot training courses A public / private partnership in which industry associations and academics are working together across the EU to produce :
