TURKIYE, DECEMBER 11th, 2007 • to ensure free access to IT technologies in the educational field both for students and teachers • to equal chances for poor students, girls or mono-parental students in their access to and use of new IT technologies • to create partnerships between schools and institutions of the community (students could design IT products in a volunteering type of cooperation) • adjust the requirements of the educative process in the participant schools to the EU standards • outline a teaching methodology in new IT technologies in order to rely to a formal approach in designing the curricula for an optional subject • provide teaching materials for an optional subject • create disseminating materials which would ensure the maximum impact of our project (leaflets, brochures, web site, online newsletter and forum, GIS applications, methodological guide book in printed and online version) • to create a GIS (Geographic Information System) educational map of the IT technologies in the EU educational system Free Powerpoint template from www.brainybetty.com www.liis.ro/~comenius
