  2. 一、CE Mark認証制度 與ISO規範之介紹

  3. European Union(歐盟) • 歐盟建立於1993年1月1日 • 成員國：奧地利、比利時、丹麥、法國、芬蘭、德國、希臘、愛爾蘭、義大利、盧森堡、荷蘭、葡萄牙、西班牙、瑞典、英國、 愛沙尼亞、 拉脫維亞、 立陶宛、 波蘭、 捷克、 匈牙利、 斯洛伐克、 斯洛維尼亞、 馬爾他和 賽普勒斯 • 允許自由流動項目包括：貨物、人、服務、資金 • 世界最大之貿易集團，人口約4億5千5百萬人 • 國內生產總值(GDP)2002年：約8.6 兆美元

  4. 遊艇和CE Mark • 特定一些產品要有CE這個標誌，才能在歐洲共同市場之中流通。1994年歐盟(EU)對於24公尺以下的遊艇也制訂了規範。 • 1998年6月後，所有在歐盟會員國生產或由國外進口之遊艇，包括二手船，須取得CE Mark 認証。 • CE mark要求遊艇須符合各種相關的ISO法規。如：ISO 8666一般需求、ISO 10087船體識別、ISO 14945船廠告示牌、ISO 10240船東手冊、ISO 12215-5結構、ISO 12217-1穩度與乾舷…等等。

  5. ISO國際標準組織 • 總部設在瑞士•日內瓦 • 146個會員 • 目前ISO有13,736個國際標準(2002年底) • 文件語言：英文、法文 • 2,937個技術組織(包括TC、SC) • 至2002年底有2,102個DIS/FDIS待討論 • 2002年共通過889個標準

  8. 1. 設計分類 (design category) • A  D，A最嚴苛狀況，D負荷最小狀況 • 進行結構設計之前，應選定一個設計航行狀況，這將會影響如：設計加速度、設計負荷等參數。

  9. 2. ISO 12215結構設計基準 Small craft – Hull construction and scantlings • Part 1: Materials – Thermosetting resins, glass fiber reinforcement, reference laminate • Part 2: Materials – Core materials for sandwich construction, embedded materials • Part 3: Materials – Steel, aluminum, wood, other materials • Part 4: Workshop and manufacturing • Part 5: Design pressures, design stresses, scantling determination 結構寸法設計 • Part 6: Structural arrangements and details

  11. 其中要求考量的穩度計算包含以下各項： a. 浸水開口( Downflooding Openings, Section 6.1.1 ) b. 浸水高度( Downflooding Height, Section 6.1.2 ) c. 浸水角度( Downflooding Angle, Section 6.1.3 ) d. 偏位載重測試( Offset-load Test, Section 6.2 ) e. 風浪中穩度( Resistance to Wave+Wind, Section 6.3 )

  12. 4.遊艇基準ISO 12216 依據ISO12216，計算本遊艇玻璃厚度是否符合規定。

  13. 5.遊艇基準ISO 15083 依據ISO15083，計算本遊艇泌水泵需求是否符合規定。

  14. 6.遊艇基準ISO 11812 依據ISO11812，計算遊艇的甲板排水是否符合規定。

  15. 7.遊艇基準ISO 15084 依據遊艇廠提供之強固點(Strong Point)相關資料，計算其強度是否符合規定。
