Go-Live Preparation and Training Schedule Adjustments

This proposal outlines the necessary schedule adjustments for the Go-Live preparation and training phases. Based on previous conclusions, we've determined that running schedules for CFC and CG concurrently is not feasible, as seen in recent application training tests. The unique processes of CFC cannot be replicated in other companies, leading to higher Go-Live requirements compared to CG. Although the Singapore site is straightforward, the simultaneous resource demands of CG and CFC make sharing resources challenging. ANP and MM’s growth necessitates additional time for SOP development and customization.

Reason for Schedule Adjustment • Gap(Class A) have been purposed is over original plan. • Previous conclusion we conclude to run schedule in one country same time(put KM/KU together), after trying in Application Training we found it’s not feasible, to plan CFC/CG independent schedule will extend project time • CFC process and regulation is not really suitable to apply in another company (not replicable due to different detail process) • CFC old system existing function make Go-Live requirement much higher than CG • Although Singapore site is simple, but still needs resource support to Go-live, it’s hard to share resource when CG, CFC is running at same time • ANP, MM is fast growing company, and have their own requirement, needs time to mold SOP and Customization
