  3. Fall Funding • Joe has checks for • Tau beta pi • Triangle • ESW • The rest should have already been deposited electronically via the EIN number you submitted or had on record already. Please check with your advisor or treasurer to make sure • If you don’t see your money, email Joe Kontak or me!

  4. Arch-E Week • Feels like winter just started, but spring will be here before we know it. We need a coordinator! • What is Arch-E week? • Week-long series of events that celebrate all disciplines of engineering and architecture. • Coordinator will be responsible for organizing the events – in the past, the coordinator has assigned individual coordinators to each event. • Coordinator(s) will receive hours for their organization • Great thing to boost your resume • Event Date: • April ??th-??th

  5. Movie Night • Mon April 19 from 7:30-10:00 • Location: TBD • Set-up: 7:00 • 3-5 people • Setup popcorn machine and movie • Tear down • 3 people

  6. Sports Night • Tues April 20 from 5-10 • Location: ARC • Setup: 5:00 • 2-3 people • setup chairs, bleachers, tables, score boards • Run Event • 4 people the whole event • Keep score and time

  7. Game Night • Wed April 21 from 7-11 • Location: TBD • Setup: 6:30 • 4-5 people • Setup AV equipment • Tear down: • 4-5 people

  8. Cookout • Thursday April 22 from 4:30-8 • Location: space in Front of SEL Library • Grill masters: Tractor X? • Setup: 4:30 • 4-5 people • Chairs and tables • Teardown: 8:00 • 4-5 people • Clean up • Chairs and tables

  9. Arch-E Week T-Shirt Design Competition • T-shirts - will be sold during each event • We need a design! • Winning design will receive a $50 BW3’s gift card • Design will be chosen at the meeting on February 9th Macquigg Award • Chance to show your appreciation to a great Professor • Voting will be online • The Charles Ellison MacQuigg Award is named for the late Dean of the College of Engineering. The award is presented annually to faculty members who have demonstrated, in a superior manner, their interest in and willingness to help students, their interest in improvement of the high reputation of the College of Engineering, and their outstanding teaching ability. Students in the College of Engineering nominate and elect award recipients. • The nomination deadline is February 28, 2011.

Volunteering will be compensated by E-Council hours • You should have received an email from Elisa last night with the list of volunteering spots and a contract as an attachment. • If you want to volunteer, please fill out the form and email it back to Elisa - just hit reply to her original message please
